Electrical Engineer

Our Transport & Infrastructure client is looking for an Electrical Engineer to support the delivery of a Perth-based project involving electrical infrastructure, intelligent transport systems and smart-lighting works.

Roster: 5/2 Perth

Start date: ASAP

Duration: approx. 6 months - depending on client requirements

Pay Rate: $100.00 - $110.00 p/h + Super depending on experience

The Role:

This position will have a strong focus on project quality assurance documentation, progress reporting and communication with the Project Manager.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Oversee the project's quality assurance documentation
- Prepare, maintain and upload required QA records
- Monitor and report on project productivity
- Identify and communicate project issues
- Provide regular updates to the Project Manager
- Support accurate and timely project reporting
- Ensure documentation is complete and appropriately recorded

Project Scope:

- Electrical and ITS pit and pipe installation
- Switchboard and lighting-control installation




- Smart-lighting and streetlight installation

About you:

You will be organised and comfortable coordinating technical documentation within an electrical project environment. You will also need to communicate clearly with the Project Manager regarding progress, productivity and project issues.
