Key responsibilities

- Operating sanders and sanding equipment safely and effectively to prepare surfaces for finishing

- Sanding doors and panels to achieve smooth, even finishes in preparation for spray painting.

- Removing dust and debris from work areas using appropriate cleaning method

- Following health and safety procedures and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment at all times

- Maintaining and caring for sanding equipment and tools in good working condition

- Working as part of a team to meet project deadlines and quality standards

- Reporting any issues or damage to equipment to management promptly

- Experience working as a labourer or in a similar hands-on trade role
