The Opportunity

We are seeking an Executive Assistant to the Director - ICT to become a trusted partner within one of CESA's most dynamic portfolios.

Working at the heart of the ICT Directorate, you will provide high-level executive support, coordinate governance and key operations, and help drive the successful delivery of strategic priorities across Catholic Education South Australia. This is an opportunity for a proactive and highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys enabling others to succeed.

This is an opportunity to:

- Enable the Director - ICT through effective coordination and support
- Provide proactive executive support, diary management and coordination.
- Anticipate needs, manage competing priorities and support decision-making.
- Ensure key commitments, actions and deadlines are monitored and delivered.

- Drive coordination, governance and accountability across ICT

- Coordinate leadership meetings, governance forums and reporting processes.
- Prepare agendas, documentation, minutes and action registers.
- Track actions and ensure stakeholders remain informed and accountable.

- Strengthen operational effectiveness

- Support financial, procurement, onboarding, event and communication activities.
- Coordinate administrative systems and processes across the ICT Directorate.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

About You

You are a highly capable executive support skilled who thrives on organisation,



collaboration and delivering exceptional service. You enjoy bringing structure to complexity and take pride in ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

You will bring:

- Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives or leaders within a complex organisation.
- Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 capability and confidence working across contemporary business systems.
- Strong written communication and document preparation skills.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Sound judgement, discretion and professionalism when managing sensitive and confidential information.
- Experience coordinating meetings, governance processes, reporting and executive workflows.
