Remedy & Reap is a growing, boutique, nature inspired Adelaide massage and wellness business where clinical care meets intuitive touch. We’re looking for experienced and passionate Remedial Massage Therapists and qualified Massage & Beauty Therapists to join our team across North Adelaide and Hope Valley.

Massage is at the heart of what we do. We’re known for high quality, personalised treatments and genuine client care, with a strong focus on building long term relationships and regular, ongoing treatment.

We have approximately 12–30 hours per week available and are open to finding the right combination of therapists for our growing team.

With an established and loyal client base, there is an opportunity for the right therapist to step into an existing caseload of regular clients as our founder gradually reduces some treatment hours to focus on the continued growth of the business.

Alongside this, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to build a clientele of your own, with expanding availability, opening hours and services creating genuine potential for your hours to grow.

Whether you’re looking for a smaller, consistent weekly roster or something more substantial, we’d love to hear from you.

〰️ About you

For Remedial Massage Therapist applicants,



ideally you’ll have:

- Diploma of Remedial Massage

- Current professional association membership

- Current First Aid certification

- Appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance

- Eligibility for relevant private health fund provider numbers

- Strong treatment and client care skills

- Excellent communication, reliability and time management

- Confidence completing professional client notes and treatment records

Experience in pregnancy massage, cupping, dry needling, hot stones or other complementary modalities is highly regarded.

For Massage & Beauty Therapist applicants, relevant qualifications and experience in massage, facials, skincare, spa therapies and body treatments will also be highly regarded.

Most importantly, we’re looking for people who are warm, reliable and genuinely passionate about what they do.

You don’t necessarily need to work across both locations. We’re happy to discuss the combination of location, days and hours that works for both you and the business.

There may also be future opportunities within our expanding premium wellness offering within an upcoming Adelaide bathhouse.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to interview during September, with candidates progressing beyond interview also invited to complete a short practical treatment demonstration to showcase their individual approach and treatment style.
