Response Building Group is a growing construction company based in Murray Bridge, specialising in commercial facility maintenance, preventative maintenance, and safety upgrades. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and reliable Estimator / Project Coordinator to join our team. Working closely with our senior Estimators and Project Managers, this role combines office-based project coordination with site inspections and supervision when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare quotations and cost estimates for commercial maintenance and construction projects

- Manage tender preparation, submissions, and follow-up activities

- Conduct site inspections, measurements, and project scoping

- Coordinate and supervise works where required

- Complete material take-offs and procurement activities

- Provide technical advice and assist with project problem-solving





- Maintain accurate project records, update client portals, and prepare project schedules

- Manage project delivery, including variations, defects, manuals, and handover documentation

- Liaise effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders

- Ensure all works comply with relevant building codes, specifications, and WHS requirements

About You

- Trade qualification in Carpentry or a related building trade

- Supervisor's Licence highly regarded

- Current National Police Clearance and Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

- Current unrestricted Driver's Licence

- Strong understanding of WHS legislation and Australian building standards

- Proven experience in estimating, project coordination, or project management within the construction industry

- Ability to prepare accurate estimates, quotations, and scopes of work

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

- Experience using estimating, construction, or project management software

- Self-motivated, safety-focused, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
