With offices based in both the Gold Coast QLD & Sydney NSW, we've landed multiple new contracts working the length of the East Coast, and we need experienced Concreters / Finishers & Steel Fixers who want more than just a job.

We're after people who want a serious run of interesting, technical, high-stakes work, and who are genuinely up for travel and working away; we go where the work is!

- Current work locations covering; Cairns, Gold Coast + Central to Northern NSW

- Casual to Permanent employment

The Role

As part of our Concreting Division with PCA, you'll be trusted with real, technical work on projects that actually challenge you, not just another pour on another site.

You'll work alongside an experienced crew who'll back you every step of the way, building your skills in reading construction drawings and picking up the finer points of the trade.

- Placing, screeding, finishing and curing concrete to a high standard

- Steel fixing and reinforcement installation

- Assisting with form work and pours

- Reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans

- Patching, repairs and remediation works

- Operating hand and power tools

- Following site safety, quality and environmental procedures

Some Of The Must Haves

- Solid experience as a concreter in civil or commercial construction

- Solid steel fixing and concrete finishing skills

- Comfortable handling patching and repair work

- White Card

- Working at Heights ticket

- Current Australian Drivers Licence + reliable transport

- Up for rostered projects, including travel + living on site when required

- Fit, safety-conscious,



and ready to get stuck in

- Reliable and a genuine team player. Our crews are tight knit!

Bonus Points For:

- High Risk Work Licence

- Operating tickets (i.e. HC, Telehandler, Skid Steer, Excavator)

- Experience finishing shotcrete vertical walls

- Experience in faux rock effect
