You’ll have the opportunity to lead and grow by contributing, delivering, collaborating, innovating, and developing for our Health, Safety & Environment Function at Granny Smith Gold Mine.

About the Role:

Partner with operational leaders to improve safety performance Coach and mentor frontline leaders in effective safety leadership Lead incident investigations and critical risk management Conduct audits,



inspections and ISO 45001 compliance activities Maintain a strong visible safety presence across surface and underground areas

What You’ll Bring

A minimum of Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety Manual Driver’s LicenceExperience in H&S; roles within mining, heavy industry, or constructionExperience in InControl (INX) System desirable Drug and Alcohol Testing desirableDemonstrated ability to coach, influence, and build capability of frontline leaders and teams
