Doctors@Tocumwal is seeking a friendly, organised, and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our team.

The position will initially be offered on a full-time basis to provide additional support while a current team member is away overseas on extended leave. Following their return, the role will transition to part time hours.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is available to work full-time initially and is then looking for a stable part-time position with a supportive medical practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcoming and assisting patients in a professional and caring manner
- Managing appointments and bookings
- Handling phone enquiries
- Processing billing and administrative tasks
- Supporting the clinical team with day-to-day operations

About You:

- Previous administration, reception or customer service experience, particularly within a medical practice (medical experience highly regarded but not essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
