About Babyskin Aesthetic Clinic

Babyskin Aesthetic Clinic is a modern aesthetic clinic located in Adelaide CBD, specialising in professional skin treatments and personalised aesthetic care.

We are growing our team and are currently looking for talented individuals to join us across two different areas of the business: Beauty Therapy and Digital Content & Marketing.

You do not need to be experienced in both areas. If you are a strong candidate for either position, we would love to hear from you.

POSITION 1 — Beauty Therapist

We are looking for an experienced, reliable and detail-oriented Beauty Therapist to join our clinic team.

This role combines professional beauty and skin treatments with reception and general clinic support.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform professional beauty and skin treatments

- Assist with skin consultations and home-care recommendations

- Provide a professional and personalised client experience

- Maintain excellent hygiene and treatment-room standards

- Assist with reception, bookings, enquiries and general administration

- Maintain clinic presentation and stock organisation

- Assist with before-and-after photos and client records

- Support social media content when required

- Follow clinic protocols and maintain a strong focus on client safety

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Has previous experience as a Beauty Therapist

- Is highly attentive to detail and takes pride in their work

- Has strong knowledge of skin and beauty treatments

- Is qualified, reliable and well presented

- Has excellent communication and customer service skills

- Is confident and comfortable working with clients

- Is organised and able to work independently

- Has a genuine interest in skin health and aesthetic treatments

- Is willing to assist with reception duties when required

Qualifications & Experience

- Certificate IV, Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent

- Previous industry experience is essential

- Experience in an aesthetic or skin clinic is highly regarded

- Experience with facials, peels, skin needling, LED, IPL/laser or advanced skin treatments is an advantage





- Professional skincare experience is highly regarded

POSITION 2 — Digital Content & Marketing

We are also looking for an experienced Digital Content & Marketing person to help grow Babyskin's online presence.

This role is ideal for someone who is confident creating short-form video, social media content, promotional graphics and digital marketing campaigns, and understands how to manage and grow a business online.

Key Responsibilities

- Create short-form video content for Instagram, Facebook and other platforms

- Film and edit Reels, educational videos and promotional content

- Design social media posts, promotional graphics, posters and marketing materials

- Manage and maintain Meta Business Suite / Meta Business Manager

- Assist with Facebook and Instagram content scheduling and management

- Monitor social media performance and provide ideas for growth

- Assist with SEO and website content optimisation

- Conduct basic keyword research and implement SEO strategies

- Assist with Google Business Profile and online presence

- Develop creative content ideas aligned with the BABYSKIN brand

- Monitor trends and identify opportunities to improve engagement and reach

- Maintain a consistent, premium and professional brand image across digital platforms

About You

The successful candidate will have:

- Previous qualified experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media or a similar role

- Strong video editing and content creation skills

- Good graphic design skills

- Experience managing business social media accounts

- Strong understanding of Meta Business Suite / Meta Business Manager

- Working knowledge of SEO and digital marketing

- Positive understanding of Instagram and Facebook content strategy





- Strong attention to detail and a good eye for visual presentation

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Understanding of branding and premium visual content

Portfolio / Previous Work

Previous experience is essential for this position.
