1. Senior Stylist (Full Time / Part Time — casual considered)

2. Apprentice Hairdresser — 2nd year onwards

✨ ROLE 1: SENIOR STYLIST (FT / PT / Casual)

- You: a fully qualified hairdresser with 3+ years on the floor, confident across cutting and colour — balayage, foils, all-over colour, the lot

- The role: a stable column in a beautiful salon, with your creativity backed by premium products and a steady flow of clients

- The pay: bring the skills and the pay packet will match

What you'll be doing:

- Running your column end to end — consultations that make clients feel heard, colour formulation, cutting, styling and finishing

- Delivering the full colour menu — balayage, foils, all-over colour and corrections, plus smoothing services (SmoothFiller and Nanoplasty — we'll train you up on anything new to you)

- Building and rebooking your own clientele — lovely regulars who'll become yours

✨ ROLE 2: APPRENTICE HAIRDRESSER (2ND YEAR ONWARDS)

Already partway through your Cert III in Hairdressing but not getting the training, floor time, or support you deserve? Come finish your apprenticeship somewhere that actually invests in you.

- Real training: work directly under Master Stylists in a small senior team — no queueing for practice time

- Real skills: hands-on colour and cutting, not just basins and sweeping, plus access to Wella Professional education

- Real future: your work featured on our socials to build your portfolio, a simple apprenticeship transfer, and a stylist chair waiting for you when you qualify

- The pay: above award — we don't do bare minimums

What you'll be doing:

- Supporting the team on the floor — basins, blow-dries, and colour application under guidance

- Looking after clients like guests — greetings, drinks, the little touches that make us us

- Keeping up your Cert III coursework — we'll work around your TAFE/RTO days

- Helping keep the salon looking as good as the hair leaving it

Perfect for: a 2nd or 3rd year apprentice who's serious about becoming a great stylist, faster.
