Essential Requirements
You must:
· Hold a current SA (or NT) Inquiry Work – Investigation Agent Licence
· Hold a Certificate III in Investigative Services or equivalent
· Be able to provide a National Police Clearance and/or Working with Children clearance
· Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the industry, or previous Police experience
· Hold a current SA Driver's Licence and own vehicle
Must Be Able to Demonstrate
· Excellent people and communication skills, including the ability to conduct professional interviews with empathy when required
· Ability to analyse evidence and thoroughly investigate any discrepancies
· Ability to write high-quality factual reports
· Robust PC skills in: Word Processors, Email, Internet, Excel
· Willingness and flexibility to modify investigation process and output to meet individual client needs
· Excellent time management skills including meeting deadlines and communicating delays.
· Ability to work from home or own site
Desirable Traits
· Experience in injury management investigations for workers compensation and/or other insurance claims.
· Experience in insurance claims including general insurance, workers compensation, CTP, personal injury and income protection
· Member of a professional association such as the AIPI, or willingness to join and participate in professional development activities.
