As a Care Manager, you will assist in leading the clinical care of all residents and become an significant member of the leadership team in a medium-sized Residential Aged Care home. This is a full-time permanent role.

About You





- Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration (minimum 3 years).
- Demonstrated experience leading clinical teams in residential aged care.
- Excellent understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards and AN-ACC.
- Ability to lead change, manage risk, and improve outcomes.
- A visible, values-led leader who is a natural mentor and passionate about building high-performing teams.
