URGENT LOCUM CALL OUT – GENERAL MEDICINE RMO

Au Locums Direct are urgently seeking an experienced Locum Medical Officer – General Medicine RMO for a full-time placement.

Location: Alice Springs Hospital, NT
Dates: 19 October 2026 – 17 January 2027
Duration: Full-time, 13-week placement
Rate: $110 per hour, negotiable depending on experience and level of expertise

The Role
The Department of Medicine operates a 24/7 roster, with after-hours, weekend and night shifts shared equitably across the RMO team.
Due to roster and service requirements, applicants should be available for the full 13-week placement. Planned leave during the placement generally cannot be accommodated.

Requirements
General Medicine RMO experience
Availability for the full placement from 19 Oct 2026 to 17 Jan 2027
Must hold a NT Working with Children Card, or be willing to apply for one
