What's the Role?

You'll be the organisational powerhouse behind our mobilisation process, making sure our candidates go from "You're hired!" to "You're site-ready!" as smoothly as possible. You'll work closely with our Recruitment Consultants, candidates, clients and external providers to coordinate everything needed for our workforce to get mobilised and ready to go. No two days will be exactly the same — and that's part of the fun!

What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinating the administration of labour hire employee mobilisations
- Issuing, collecting and maintaining onboarding documentation
- Coordinating medicals, drug and alcohol testing, police clearances and other pre-employment checks
- Checking licences, tickets, qualifications, identification and right-to-work documentation
- Coordinating inductions, online training and site requirements
- Assisting with flights, accommodation and travel arrangements
- Keeping mobilisation trackers and employee records accurate and up to date
- Monitoring compliance and expiry dates
- Chasing outstanding documents — politely, persistently and professionally!
- Keeping candidates informed throughout the mobilisation process
- Providing clear updates to our Recruitment Consultants and management
- Spotting potential issues before they become problems
- Supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns and project mobilisations
- Assisting with onboarding,



assignment administration, timesheets and payroll where required

About You

You're organised. You're switched-on. You follow things through.
You might already have experience in mobilisation, recruitment administration, HR, workforce administration, mining, labour hire or a similar environment — or you might simply be an exceptional administrator looking for your next opportunity.
