You will be working within an energetic, friendly environment, with a dedicated Head Chef and team who are fun and treat each other like a big family. We are looking for an outstanding person who has some experience working in a busy commercial kitchen across a variety of cuisines and styles, delivering good quality and modern innovative food.

About You

- Experience as a Junior Sous, Sous Chef or strong CDP ready to step up
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Calm and organised under pressure
- Keen eye for detail and quality
- Curious, creative, and in tune with modern Australian food
- Excited about joining a forward-thinking team in a growing business
- Minimum 3-5 years of CDP or Sous Chef experience required
- Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent trade qualification essential
- You will be required to obtain a National Police Check, should you not have one dated within the last 6 months
- Food Safety certification
