About the role

Crussos Hair Design is seeking a talented Stylist to join our team on a part-time basis. Based in South Perth, this role offers the perfect opportunity to showcase your creative flair and technical expertise in a dynamic salon environment. As a Stylist, you will be at the heart of delivering exceptional hair and beauty services to our diverse clientele, contributing to the salon's reputation for excellence and innovation.

What you'll be doing

- Provide a full range of hair styling services including cuts, colour, treatments, and styling for various occasions

- Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and hair care goals

- Maintain high standards of professionalism and hygiene in all aspects of service delivery

- Keep up to date with current hair trends and styling techniques

- Manage client relationships and build a loyal clientele through exceptional customer service

- Maintain and care for salon equipment and styling tools

- Contribute to a welcoming and collaborative salon atmosphere

- Support other team members and collaborate to ensure smooth salon operations

What we're looking for

- Recognised qualification or certification in hairdressing or cosmetology from an accredited institution

- Proven experience working as a stylist in a professional salon environment

- Strong technical skills in hair cutting, colouring, and styling techniques

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

- A creative eye with the ability to adapt styles to suit individual clients

- Knowledge of hair care products and their appropriate applications





- Ability to work collaboratively within a team whilst also managing client relationships independently

- Professional appearance and commitment to maintaining salon standards

- Flexibility and reliability for part-time scheduling
