Based full time in their Adelaide CBD offices, you will manage the end-to-end assessment of allocated insurance claims, focusing on cause, scope, costs, and the best approach for property restoration.

- 4 weeks training in QLD - Monday to Friday only - fly home for weekends
- Hybrid options of 4-1 day from home is available after probation
- 6 monthly bonus scheme which is available after 12 months employment which is based on KPIs

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Virtually review reports and photos to validate claimed event-related damage and repair costs, determine damage causation
- Produce detailed reports on cause, coverage, damage & repair methods
- Review scope of works, ensuring cost-effective and timely solutions
- Communicate damage and repair schedules with customers
- Liaise with local authorities & third-party building surveyors for compliance

About You:

- Residential building/renovation experience is ESSENTIAL
- Exposure to estimations, quotes, and scope of works (insurance/building industry)
- Proficient in computer software systems
- Robust stakeholder management (customers, builders, suppliers)
- Exceptional time management & organizational skills
- Ability to self-manage & prioritize tasks effectively
