Bright Beginnings Early Years Learning Centre is seeking a passionate and committed individual to join our team as a Full Time Trainee Early Childhood Educator. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in the early childhood education sector. As a Trainee, you will be provided with on-the-job training and support to gain your nationally recognised Early Childhood Education and Care qualification, while also contributing to the care and development of the children in our centre.
This is a full-time role based in our Temora, NSW location.
What you'll be doing
- Providing a nurturing, safe and educational environment for children aged 0-5 years
- Assisting with the planning and implementation of engaging and age-appropriate learning experiences
- Ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of all children in our care
- Building positive relationships with children, families and the wider community
- Participating in ongoing professional development and training
What we're looking for
- A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their care and education
- The willingness to undertake a nationally recognised Early Childhood Education and Care qualification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A creative and innovative approach to engaging children in learning
- A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues
- A current Working with Children Check (or the ability to obtain one)
