Due to company growth an opportunity exists for a Trade Qualified Fitter Turner/Machinist, having sound experience with the operation of Manual and CNC including:

- Lathe's and milling machines

- Strong CNC Milling/turning skills

- Programming experience

- CNC programming experience at any level is acceptable

- Setting and operating CNC Mills/Lathes with Fanuc Controllers

To be successful in this role you MUST also possess the following skills and abilities:

- Trade qualified Fitter Turner or Machinist, ideally with at least 3 years post trade experience

- Experience in general fitting and machining with stainless and/or mild steel.

- Experience with either stainless steel or mild steel is acceptable

- Ability to work unassisted, work to deadlines and produce quality workmanship at all times.

- Ability to read and follow drawings and work to tight tolerances

- A team player with a valuable attitude who is not afraid of a challenge

- Have a great work ethic with a "can do" attitude

- Be reliable and willing to commit to the role

- Be comfortable in operating more than one machine at a time

- Weekend work available

- Australian work rights are either acceptable or sponsorship may be available
