What the Role is Really About

As a Learn to Swim Instructor, you are the heart of our aquatic programs. You’ll deliver fun, engaging, and high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages and skill levels—from tiny tots taking their first splash to squad swimmers refining their technique.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

- Engaging Lessons: Deliver structured, safe, and fun swimming instruction aligned with the BlueFit Learn to Swim curriculum.

- Student Progression: Track student milestones, encourage water confidence, and provide clear feedback to parents and guardians.

- Safety First: Maintain active supervision, follow safety guidelines, and ensure a warm, supportive pool environment at all times.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teachers:

- Valid Swim Australia, AUSTSWIM, or Royal Life Saving Swim Teacher Certification

- Current CPR Certificate (HLTAID009)





- Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
