About the role

We are looking for a switched on and agile Casual Sales Associate to work at our successful store, Artisan Jewellery, Bunbury CBD. As a Sales Associate you will be operationally savvy and excel in providing customers with exceptional support and a consistently memorable shopping experience. As a casual sales associate, you will be required to work a mixture of weekday morning and afternoon shifts and also Saturday shifts.
Our trading hours are 8.45am - 5.15pm Monday to Friday
And 8.45am-1.45pm Saturdays

Key responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs

- Good understanding of written and spoken English

- Ability to take written client briefs for jewellery repairs and design makes

- Assist clients in selecting merchandise that aligns with their needs

- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with clients to drive repeat business and loyalty

- Responsible for achieving annual sales targets

- Support store operations including visual merchandise,



stock control and back of house processes

- Create a memorable and engaging shopping experience by delivering high standards of service

- Safely perform physical tasks, including prolonged standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements

About you

- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or customer service roles

- A genuine love and understanding of our brand and products

- Demonstrated experience working towards KPI's/targets

- Strong merchandise disciplines

- Excellent team player who enjoys working in a team and can respond well in an ever-changing environment

- Outstanding communicator who is confident with customers and store operations

- A 'can do' attitude

- Good understanding of fashion trends and styling
