We're recruiting for a premium boat manufacturer in Albury.

This role sits in the upholstery team, known internally as "skins."

You'll stretch vinyl covers over foam frames.

Use a steamer to soften the material.

Staple guns, knives and scissors to get every seam sitting exactly where it should.

It's proper hands-on trade work. The kind where you can step back at the end of the day and see exactly what you built.

Day one is mostly watching and learning.

Within a day or two, you're trimming covers and stapling piping yourself.

Within a week, you'll know if this is your trade. And so will they.

Some people are just naturally positive with their hands. It shows almost straight away.

This crew backs each other. If someone's away,



the others jump in without being asked.

The playlist over the speakers can be questionable at best. Just embrace it until you've got the craft mastered, then it's headphones in, lock in, world out.

Nobody's chasing you around. They just want someone who pulls their weight.

Here's what's in it for you:

- Four day work week: Monday to Thursday, 6am–4pm

- Decent hand and grip strength
- Comfortable handling knives, scissors and hand tools

- Happy to speak up early if something looks off
