You must have experience in a phone base solution role and have worked in business-to-business sales to be able to apply for this role.

You also must be PR or and Australian Citizen as unfortunately we cannot hire people on visas.

THE ROLE
It is a tough gig,



but it is really rewarding if you are good at it and it is beyond any other if you are great at it. You will be working with sales candidates and finding opportunities as you build a desk. There is a major amount of cold calling initially and you can expect most of your time in the first year to involve cold calling. One you get going you will control both the candidate and client experience. As you get results you will start to generate and gain repeat business.

You must be resilient and driven to thrive in this role. You must be pro-active and a solution-oriented person who can think quickly on their feet. Realistically you must be someone who finds it easy to work through gatekeepers to decision makers and who enjoys a challenge. Above all you must have valuable ethics and approach sales honestly and with integrity.
