Kitja Services is seeking experienced Sheetmetal Workers and Insulators to join our growing team across the Surat Basin, Gladstone and Central Queensland regions.

These roles offer the opportunity to work on major shutdowns, projects and maintenance contracts, with camp accommodation provided and transport between camp and site arranged where applicable.

Rates of Pay

- Sheetmetal Workers: $55.00 per hour, plus casual loadings and penalties and site allowance where applicable

- Insulators: $46.00 per hour, plus casual loadings and penalties and site allowance where applicable

What We’re Looking For

Sheetmetal Workers

- Trade Certificate in Engineering – Sheet Metal Fabrication MEM30305, MEM30398 or equivalent preferred

- Minimum 2–3 years demonstrated experience in an industrial environment

Insulators

- Minimum 2 years’ experience on shutdowns, manufacturing facilities or mine sites

Tickets and Requirements

· White Card or Blue Card





· Forklift ticket desirable

· EWP ticket desirable

· SSAN clearance highly desirable

· Working at Heights within 2 years desirable

· Current Confined Space within 2 years desirable

· Gas Test Atmospheres within 2 years desirable

· Current Australian driver’s licence preferred

· Ability to complete pre-employment medical and ongoing drug and alcohol screening
