About the role

The Shamrock and Olive is the Shires newest venue with a focus on good food, fun cocktails and great wine, all delivered with a warm smile, exceptional service and a team that ensures every guest is warmly welcomed and made feel right at home. We are seeking experienced waitstaff and bartenders who enjoy being hands-on and interacting with our guests to deliver a service that goes above and beyond.

Key responsibilities

- Provide waitstaff or bar tendering services in a restaurant or pub environment

- Work as part of a team in quick-paced environments

- Interact with guests to deliver exceptional service

About you

- Previous experience in a waitstaff or bar tendering role in a restaurant or busy pub environment

- Proven ability to work as part of a team in fast-paced environments

- Passion for food, wine and hospitality

- Excellent communication and presentation

- Hands-on, proactive solution-based style

- NSW RSA (essential)
