Woods & Co have partnered with a fast growing, market leading consultancy, seeking a driven Lead Generator to join a high performing sales team, uncovering and qualifying opportunities for our senior consulting team.

Our client helps thousands of Australian businesses cut costs and improve efficiency through expert advisory, tailored solutions and hands on account management. With a strong reputation across the corporate and industrial space, they work with clients ranging from small local businesses through to large scale operations.

As a Lead Generator, you'll engage medium to large Australian businesses, introduce our client's solutions, and secure qualified appointments for our senior consulting team.

What's in it for you?

- $60,000 to $70,000 + Super + Comms
- St Kilda Road office
- Outstanding onboarding process with ongoing career development
- Scalable commission structure

What you'll do:

- Make 40 outbound calls per day across a mix of warm and cold leads
- Research and identify business prospects using LinkedIn, web tools and CRM
- Qualify leads against agreed criteria (location, size, industry, budget)
- Make outbound calls to introduce the origanisation and assess interest
- Book and confirm meetings for sales reps, managing calendars accurately
- Record detailed notes in Salesforce and share insights with Sales and Marketing

What do you need?





- 1+ years in a B2B sales environment, ideally in a phone based or solutions sales role
- Confident, resilient phone manner suited to high volume outbound sales
- Self motivated with the drive to build and manage your own client pipeline
- Comfortable managing a full sales cycle from lead through to close
