Our Client is a leading Australian brand with a suite of well-known supermarket & healthcare products. Founded 29 years ago by a reputable industry professional, the business has grown to export to over 25 countries with warehouses in 3 continents with products in over 8,000 storefronts in Australia.

This newly created position will join a dynamic team based in their NSW North Coast offices. Reporting to the International Business Manager, key responsibilities include:-

- Coordinating customer enquiries, quotations, account activities and sales opportunities
- Building and maintaining robust relationships with international customers (via phone, email and online meetings)
- Supporting international product launches, promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives
- Assisting distributors with their marketing campaigns including planning and reporting
- Preparing sales reports and forecasts
- Assisting with international product registrations and compliance documentation
- Working closely with logistics and supply chain teams to support inventory planning and forecasting
- Coordinating customer projects and business development initiatives
- Maintaining customer pricing, product information and sales documentation
- Collaborating with international teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes





Full training can be provided in the products and specifics of this role however to be considered you will bring:

- Minimum 2-3 years experience in office / sales administration or similar
- Demonstrated experience in supporting customer relationships and commercial growth
- Strong reporting, administration and project coordination skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders
- A highly organised and self-motivated approach
- High attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

A competitive remuneration package is offered for this role commensurate with experience. Please note this is an office based role with hours Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.
