We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading Not for Profit Organisation in the Northern Suburbs.

This is a locum role commencing ASAP for approx 6-8 weeks.

Casual / Locum hourly rates $63.76 plus 12 % super (weekly pay)

Flemington

Support at Home Program

Manage a caseload of approx 40-50 clients

Full time hours

Office based role- Hybrid option negotiable after initial settling in period

Working knowledge of Support at Home essential

Mandatory Documentation requirements

To be considered for our assignments you will need:

- Recent experience as a Care Partner with Support At Home Funding
- A national police check less than 12 months old
- A current NDIS screening check
- A minimum of 3 COVID vaccinations
