We are recruiting across a range of operations‑focused roles, including:
Logistics Roles
Weighbridge Operators
Marshallers
Responsibilities
- Managing truck movements and marshalling vehicles safely on site
- Operating the weighbridge and accurately recording fruit deliveries
- Coordinating fruit intake and responding to changing harvest conditions
- Communicating professionally with growers, truck drivers, cellar teams and supervisors
- Preparing delivery dockets, intake paperwork and daily reports
- Assisting with dispatch and fruit movement across the facility
- Providing general logistical support during peak periods
Administration Roles
Booking Clerks
Vintage Administrators
Vintage Office Support
Responsibilities
- Entering data accurately into vintage systems and daily operational reports
- Preparing delivery dockets, intake documentation and administrative paperwork
- Managing bookings, schedules and communication across multiple teams
- Liaising professionally with growers, drivers, cellar teams and supervisors
- Maintaining organised records and ensuring information is up to date
Skills & Attributes
We’re looking for individuals who bring:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stay calm, organised and focused in a fast‑paced setting
- Confidence using computers and data entry systems (admin roles)
- A practical, safety‑conscious approach (logistics roles)
- Flexibility to work extended or variable hours during peak harvest activity
- A professional, helpful and team‑focused attitude
Requirements
- Evidence of valid work rights if you are not an Australian citizen
- Willingness to complete a pre‑employment health assessment
- Roles are based at Berri Estates, Berri SA
- Commencing early January 2027
