This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment, with the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
Position Profile: Responsible for triage assessment and management of complex cases. Provides consultancy, supervision and evaluation of junior staff in a multi disciplinary team. Responsible for quality care in the community.
