We are currently seeking 5 Customer Service Officers to join the team on an Initialn3-month contract, commencing on the 31stn August 2026, based in .Parramatta

Your new role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with enquiries, providing information, and delivering a high standard of service.
Key responsibilities include:

- Handling inbound customer enquiries
- Resolving customer issues and providing first-call resolution where possible
- Managing customer requests and follow-up actions
- Maintaining accurate records and notes
- Working to service and quality targets
- Supporting a positive and collaborative team environment

What you'll need to succeed

- Previous customer service or contact centre experience
- Financial services,



banking or superannuation experience highly regarded
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Working Holiday Visa holders encouraged to apply

What you'll get in return

- $73,105 FTE pro rata
- 3-month contract commencing 31ST August 2026
- Monday - Friday roster
- Parramatta location
