We are seeking a Maintenance Officer to join our Home Maintenance & Landscaping team for our Social Enterprise, reporting to our Home Maintenance & Landscaping Manager.

This role will support and supervise supported employees on both home maintenance tasks in the community for our customers, and in house maintenance across McCallum Sites.

About you

- You bring experience in general maintenance/repairs, supported with a related trade qualification

- You have demonstrated understanding of job quoting and ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget

- You have a genuine commitment to choice, control and inclusion for people with a disability

- You’re a team-oriented team player who contributes to a positive, inclusive workplace and enjoys mentoring, coaching, and supporting others to succeed.

- You remain calm under pressure, using initiative and problem-solving skills to navigate unexpected situations.

- You’re highly organised, with strong time management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities effectively.





- You can work autonomously when needed, while also contributing positively within a team environment
