THE ROLE

As a leading travel and cruise provider, this successful company is growing and looking for sales superstars to join their growing Brisbane team. You will handle phone and email enquiries from direct passengers, booking a variety of cruises and cruise lines around the world. You'll be able to offer expert advice and find the right cruise to match your clients' needs. In addition to cruises, you'll book the entire leisure package including flights, accommodation and add-ons.

Key responsibilities

- Handle phone and email enquiries from direct passengers

- Book a variety of cruises and cruise lines around the world

- Offer expert advice and find the right cruise to match clients' needs

- Book the entire leisure package including flights, accommodation and add-ons

- Consult with clients by appointment to deliver personalised service

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

- Top notch customer service skills

- Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills

- High attention to detail and strong time management skills

- Previous retail travel consulting experience

- Proven sales track record

- GDS qualifications, Amadeus preferred

- Genuine drive to provide exceptional customer service





- Natural interest and love for cruise products

- Proven ability working in a fast paced sales environment

- Personal cruise travel experience
