About the role

This is a hands-on management role responsible for the overall performance, profitability, customer experience and daily operations of the branch. We are looking for someone who can lead a team, drive results and maintain high standards of workmanship and customer service.

Key responsibilities

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the Artarmon branch.

- Lead, support and guide technicians and workshop staff.

- Drive the branch towards its sales, productivity and profitability targets.

- Manage workshop workflow and ensure vehicles are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

- Attend to customers and provide professional advice throughout the repair process.

- Review technician inspection and diagnostic reports.

- Prepare and present repair quotations to customers.

- Obtain customer approvals and maintain clear communication regarding vehicle progress.

- Ensure repairs are correctly invoiced and collect customer payments.

- Manage the final vehicle handover and explain completed and future recommended repairs.

About you

- Previous automotive workshop management or senior service advisor experience.

- Strong automotive technical knowledge.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Strong customer service and sales ability.





- Commercial understanding of workshop productivity and profitability.

- Ability to prepare and explain repair quotations confidently.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.

- A proactive, accountable and results-driven attitude.

- Current Australian driver's license.

- European vehicle experience will be highly regarded.
