We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Dock Hands to join our busy transport and logistics operation in Campbellfield. About the Role

As a Dock Hand, you will play a vital role in ensuring freight is safely loaded, unloaded, sorted, and prepared for dispatch while maintaining a safe and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Load and unload freight from trucks and trailers.
- Sort, scan, and stage freight for delivery and dispatch.
- Perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (if licensed).
- Ensure freight is handled carefully to minimise damage.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe dock area.
- Follow all company policies and workplace health and safety procedures.




- Work as part of a team to meet daily operational deadlines.

What We're Looking For

- Previous warehouse, dock, or transport experience is preferred.
- Current LF Forklift Licence is advantageous but not essential.
- Physically fit and able to perform repetitive manual handling.
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced team environment.
