We're Looking For

An experienced enterprise risk leader at a Senior Manager/Associate Director level who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building frameworks, governance structures and strategic risk capability from the ground up. This is a unique pure Line 2 role that brings together enterprise risk strategy, governance, reporting and emerging risk, offering the opportunity to shape how risk is managed across Stockland as we continue to grow as a leading ASX 50 organisation.

What You'll Do

As part of the Group Risk Team, reporting into the Head of Enterprise Risk & Compliance, you will lead the development and ongoing evolution of Stockland's Group Risk Strategy, governance framework and enterprise risk reporting practices.

This role sits at the centre of our risk transformation agenda, partnering with senior leaders across the business to strengthen risk maturity and ensure risk considerations are embedded into key strategic decisions. You will define Stockland's approach to emerging and strategic risks, oversee the Risk Management Framework, lead enterprise risk governance practices and deliver high-quality reporting and insights to the Board, Executive and risk forums.

You're an experienced risk professional who enjoys solving complex challenges and creating clarity where there is ambiguity. You're motivated by the chance to influence at an enterprise level, build something new and work closely with senior stakeholders to enhance organisational capability and decision making.

You are looking for a role where you can combine strategic thinking with practical implementation, while expanding your exposure to governance, emerging risk and executive level engagement.

Experience & Skills That Count

- Significant experience in enterprise risk management, risk governance or a related discipline within a complex organisation
- Demonstrated success developing and uplifting enterprise risk frameworks, governance structures and policy frameworks
- Strong experience preparing and presenting risk reporting and insights for Board and executive audiences
- Deep understanding of contemporary and emerging risk domains including AI, climate, geopolitical, technology and systemic risk
- Tertiary qualifications in Risk Management, Commerce, Business, Law, Governance or a related discipline, with relevant industry certifications highly regarded
