About the Role :
Reporting: GM & Deputy Regional Director
Work timings: 40 hours per week
Job Location: Sydney, Australia (Remote)
Key responsibility:
1. Channel Development
- Identify and manage directly and indirectly all channels in the responsible area both online and offiline. Performance can be measured by the coverage of all key channels and and programs support on those channels in order to increase the market share of each account/country.
- Together with Head Office Team, formulate Channel Strategy and action plan, their relative importance, actions required to grow within each channel including channel promotions. Core Channels are e-commerce/web-shops, Catalogue reselleres, redistribution dealers, Office Products Retailers.
- Develop and grow relationship with channels according to the plan agreed with Head Office
- Develop and grow all Channels including listing our DA brand products (both cutsize and non-cut-size) in key channels
- Developing other channels: Pro-actively seek out new opportunities to enhance Double A’s brand awareness and volume such as penetration into other channels such as Schools, Universities, Convenience stores ...
- Monitor trade prices in the markets through all channels and regions.
- Follow up the customers for other related matters such as follow up the orders/ sales forecast/ payment in some cases.
2. Marketing implementation
- After identify the program to support the channel customer, it's required to implement the agreed program in proper communication and timely manner.
- Monitor the on-going campaign if need any immediate adjustment to the situations.
- Analysis the campaign once it's done and review if it should be continued or change.
3. Trade price stability.
Trade price monitoring. This is crucial to the growth of our Double A brand. No trade channel will be supported to undercut our recommended pricing. Your responsibility will be:
- Ensure trade price structure is stable and consistent with the targeted premium level, across all channels.
- Ensure end user price is stable and at the targeted premium level.
- Monitoring the trade price structure and end user price.
4. Regular customers visits to review and monitor shared plans. Submit relevant reports
- Customer visits can be in term of phone conference call/ onsite visit/ Zoom/Teams visit
- Facilitate and follow up all orders/ marketing execution and plan/ any other opportunities
5. Competitor analysis.
- Continuous update Competitor movements. Competitors are always moving to gain an advantage. You are required to share on time reports that highlight and analyze competitive activity. The reports will cover all key aspects of branding: pricing, distribution, promotions in channel and communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Studies. Experience in Channel Development in ANZ market
- A minimum of 5–8 years of relevant experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Relevant commercial experience with a reputable office products supplier and/or within the B2B/Professional Division of an FMCG company.
- Strong Experience in dealing with/nurturing relationship with channel partners
