We currently have an exciting chance for an experienced New Car Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team at Taringa.

What you’ll be doing

- Building relationships with prospective and existing guests and actively following up sales opportunities

- Understanding each guest’s needs, preferences and buying criteria to provide the right solution

- Maintaining strong and up-to-date knowledge of Toyota vehicles, products and services

- Managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery

- Delivering an exceptional guest experience throughout the entire sales journey

- Providing professional post-delivery follow-up and support

- Working towards and exceeding individual and dealership sales targets

- Supporting Toyota for Life requirements and dealership standards

- Living Sci-Fleet’s values and contributing positively to the wider team

What we’re looking for

- Have previous automotive sales experience, ideally within a high-volume dealership





- Have a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

- Are confident, engaging and an exceptional communicator

- Are genuinely passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences

- Are motivated by results and enjoy setting and beating your own personal best

- Have strong relationship-building and negotiation skills

- Are committed to continually developing your product knowledge and sales capability

- Work collaboratively and contribute to a positive team culture

- Demonstrate professionalism, respect, efficiency and a commitment to continuous improvement
