Position Available: Full Time Junior Accountant - Cohuna

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated person to join our large finance team. This full-time position is based at our Head Office in Cohuna, Northern Victoria. Cohuna is a rural community, so applicants must carefully consider the location before applying. This is a great opportunity to develop your accounting career within a supportive finance team.

Duties Include:

- Assisting with month end and year end reporting processes

- Preparing monthly financial reports and reconciliations

- Respond to external and internal finance related inquiries

- Assist with the concrete and aggregates monthly stocktake process

- Asset Masterfile management within Mawsons systems

- Assist accounts payable team with supplier management,



administration of the accounts payable document management function and management of user access within the Mawsons ERP

Essential Criteria:

- A completed, or close to completed, Bachelor of Business, Commerce or related degree with a major in accounting or finance

- One to two years of experience in commercial accounting is preferred but not essential.

- Excellent communication skills and a professional manner

- Efficient time management skills and the ability to handle pressure and deadlines

- A positive attitude, good work ethic and the ability to work in a team environment

o Are willing to relocate to Cohuna or the surrounding area if they do not currently live locally.
