What you'll be doing
- Build strong relationships with community organisations and employment stakeholders.
- Engage and partner with employers to identify inclusive opportunities and place candidates into meaningful roles.
- Negotiate wage subsidies and be responsive to participant needs for workplace adjustments, mentoring and training to ensure success.
- Build relationships with employers and provide personalized ongoing post placement support to both employees and employers.
- Meet performance targets and manage caseloads effectively.
- Maintain confidentiality, privacy and dignity for all participants and employers.
- Maintain accurate records and compliance with IEA program requirements.
- Complete all participant-related tasks in any IEA systems and in accordance with any work instructions, ensuring compliance with Quality Assurance standards and IEA timeframes, while effectively utilising the required work platforms Support the implementation of standardised administrative organisational systems, policies and procedures
What we're looking for
- Demonstrated experience in an employment service organisation or experience in disability employment, and an understanding of the barriers faced by individuals with disability, mental health or medical conditions in accessing employment.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and manage employment stakeholder relationships.

- Well-developed interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people and provide relevant and accurate information to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and prioritise issues, problem solve, generate solutions and work collaboratively to achieve successful outcomes.
- Ability to use technology to effectively undertake a wide range of administrative functions.
- Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate sensitively and effectively with all people to ensure effective relationships.
- Demonstrated well-developed organisational, time management and administrative skills with the ability to plan, prioritise and meet deadlines.
