Dune Building Technologies is seeking a reliable and hard-working 3D Printing Construction Labourer to join our growing team.

This is a hands-on construction role working directly with our large-scale 3D concrete printing technology to deliver residential and commercial construction projects across Victoria.

You'll work alongside our printing and construction team, assisting with everything required to prepare, operate and pack down our 3D concrete printer on site.

No 3D printing experience is required. We're looking for someone with a great work ethic, practical mindset and willingness to learn. Previous experience in construction, labouring, concreting or working with machinery is preferred.

About the Role

This isn't a clean or desk-based technology role. You'll be working on active construction sites with concrete, machinery, tools and equipment.

Some days will be focused on preparing and setting up the printer, while print days can involve concrete batching, monitoring equipment, assisting the printing team and keeping the site and machinery operational and clean.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting with the setup of our large-scale 3D concrete printer on construction sites.

- Working alongside the team during active 3D concrete print days.

- Assisting with concrete batching, mixing and material preparation.

- Preparing equipment, materials and the site prior to printing.

- Assisting with printer and equipment operation under the direction of the printing team.

- Cleaning the printer, batching equipment, tools and machinery throughout and following print days.

- Assisting with machine pack-down and preparation for transport.

- General construction labouring and manual handling.

- Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe.

- Loading, unloading and moving equipment and materials.

- Following site safety procedures and instructions.

- Travelling to different project sites as required.

About You

We're looking for someone who is hands-on,



reliable and isn't afraid of hard work or getting dirty.

You don't need to know anything about 3D concrete printing when you start. What matters more is your attitude, reliability and ability to work as part of a construction crew.

Ideally, you will have:

- Previous construction or labouring experience – preferred.

- Experience with concrete, machinery, civil construction or construction equipment – highly regarded.

- A strong work ethic and willingness to get involved in all aspects of the job.

- The ability to undertake physical and manual work.

- Confidence working around machinery and active construction sites.

- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

- A practical, problem-solving mindset.

- A strong understanding of site safety.

- A current Construction Induction Card (White Card).

- A current High Risk Work Licence - highly regarded

- A current driver's licence.

- Flexibility to travel to project sites across Victoria when required.
