An exciting prospect for an ambitious Associate Agent to work alongside one of our high-performing sales agents and gain first-hand experience in what it takes to build and operate a successful real estate business.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be immersed in the day-to-day of a high-performing sales environment - developing your skills across prospecting, buyers, negotiation, client communication and the complete sales process. You'll have the opportunity to learn, contribute and progressively take on greater responsibility as your capability grows.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

- Prospecting and creating new opportunities

- Lead follow-up and database nurturing

- Building relationships with buyers and future sellers

- Managing buyer enquiry and conducting buyer work

- Conducting open for inspections and buyer inspections

- Identifying and extracting offers

- Developing negotiation and closing skills

- Communicating with buyers and vendors throughout campaigns

- Learning how a high-performing agent manages their pipeline, clients and business

- Building the skills and experience to take on greater responsibility over time

- Previous real estate experience with a sales certificate would be valuable, but equally important is your willingness to learn, be coached and consistently put what you learn into practice
