About the Role
As a valued member of our team, you will be involved in:
- Cutting, trimming, and preparing a wide variety of premium meat products
- Maintaining the highest standards of product quality and presentation
- Ensuring a clean, safe, and organised work environment
- Providing friendly, knowledgeable service and advice to our customers
- Supporting day-to-day operations in a busy retail butchery
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A qualification in butchering or a genuine interest in commencing an apprenticeship
- Previous experience in a butcher shop and meat processing except apprentice position
- A strong eye for detail and commitment to quality
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Willingness to obtain an RSA Certification
