The Work Itself
Not every disputes role offers the opportunity to work on matters that can carry legal, reputational and operational significance simultaneously. You'll advise healthcare organisations, government bodies and practitioners through professional negligence claims, coronial inquests, disciplinary proceedings, investigations and regulatory matters.



You'll be involved in some of the sector's most challenging issues, helping clients navigate complex legal frameworks while managing broader organisational risks.

Along the way, you'll gain meaningful client exposure, increased responsibility and the opportunity to develop specialist expertise in a highly regarded and growing area of practice.

Sound Like You?
You'll likely have:

- Around 3-5 years' post-admission experience
- A background in litigation, dispute resolution and/or investigations
- Strong drafting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- A genuine interest in health law, regulation or complex disputes

Previous health law experience will be highly regarded, although lawyers from broader litigation or regulatory backgrounds who are seeking to specialise are encouraged to apply.
