Tired of context-switching across 15 different client accounts and wrestling with fragile, legacy WordPress builds? We are looking for an execution-focused SEO & Web Specialist to take direct technical ownership of our multi-brand web presence across Australia’s leading vocational education providers.

Operating within our group performance marketing team, you will manage web execution for our active brands and support the rollout of an aggressive pipeline of new brand launches. Best of all, you won't be jumping between completely different tech stacks: our portfolio runs on a contemporary, unified headless architecture (DatoCMS, Storyblok, Vercel, AWS).

While macro strategy is set by our Head of Performance Marketing, your technical discoveries, search gap analyses, and competitor teardowns will directly shape our growth backlog. We need a hands-on operator who thrives on getting into code, optimizing CMS workflows, fixing crawl errors, and executing technical uplifts that drive measurable revenue.

What You Will Own

- Technical Site Health & CWV: Audit and resolve crawl errors, broken links, canonicals, and redirects across Vercel and AWS environments while maintaining peak Core Web Vitals and WCAG accessibility standards.
- CMS Page Building: Build, manage, and update high-performing web pages inside DatoCMS and Storyblok using pre-built components to support brand and content deployment pipelines.
- AEO/GEO & Schema Implementation: Code and deploy JSON-LD schema markup, microdata, and semantic HTML structures to maximize rich snippets, zero-click answer blocks, and AI search visibility.
- Competitive & Search Intelligence: Interrogate GSC, Bing Webmaster Tools, Similarweb,



and AnswerThePublic data to identify lost search volume, PAA queries, and competitor code advantages.
- AI Citation Tracking: Track brand citations across ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews using third-party tools, optimizing content structures to expand our AI share of voice.
- Analytics & Support: Monitor GSC and GA4 performance metrics while providing technical formatting guidance and pre-launch support to our content team.

Who You Are

- Proven Practitioner: 3 to 5 years of hands-on technical SEO and web production experience, ideally within high-ticket lead generation environments.
- Technical Foundation: Solid understanding of web fundamentals including HTML, CSS, JavaScript execution, DOM rendering, and browser loading cycles.
- Modern CMS Experience: Practical experience working inside modern CMS platforms (experience with headless setups like DatoCMS or Storyblok is highly regarded).
- Tooling Fluency: Proficient with Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Similarweb.
- Pure Executor: You gain satisfaction from clearing technical backlogs, diagnosing site issues, and pushing live fixes without needing layers of management.
