What if your first People & Culture role gave you exposure to recruitment, employee relations, learning & development, internal communications, AI-powered technology, conferences, leadership programs and a manufacturing environment that genuinely invests in people?

At EnerSys, we're looking for a passionate, curious and ambitious Talent & People Advisor to join our APAC team.
This is not a traditional HR administration role. It's an opportunity to learn, grow and build a broad HR career while working alongside experienced HR leaders across Australia, New Zealand and APAC. The role supports recruitment across ANZ, partners closely with our Campbellfield manufacturing facility and contributes to a range of people initiatives that help our teams succeed.

Main Responsibilities

What's the Opportunity?
No two days are the same.
One week you might be:

- Recruiting for a Sales Representative in Brisbane
- Supporting onboarding for a new employee at Campbellfield
- Creating engaging employee communications
- Using Microsoft Copilot, Canva or Microsoft Forms to improve HR processes
- Helping deliver the annual Sales & Leadership Conference




- Supporting learning and development initiatives across Australia and New Zealand
- Learning about industrial relations, Enterprise Agreements and employee engagement from experienced HR professionals

The next week might look completely different. That's what makes the role exciting.

What You'll Be Doing
Recruitment (approximately 60%)
You'll be the driving force behind recruitment activities across Australia and New Zealand.
You'll help attract great talent, coordinate hiring activities and create outstanding candidate experiences from application through to onboarding.
People & Culture Support (approximately 20%)
Based at our Campbellfield facility, you'll support managers and employees with day-to-day people activities, onboarding and employee lifecycle processes while building your knowledge of employee and industrial relations.
Communications & Development (approximately 20%)
You'll help create employee communications, support learning and development initiatives and contribute to major employee events across Australia and New Zealand.

Ideal Candidate

Who Are We Looking For?
You might be:

- Recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or a related discipline
- About to graduate and ready to launch your HR career
- Working in administration, recruitment, customer service or coordination and looking for your first People & Culture opportunity
- Curious, ambitious and passionate about learning

Most importantly, we're looking for potential, attitude and a growth mindset. We can teach the technical HR skills. We can't teach enthusiasm, curiosity and the desire to improve every day.
