About the role

This position is full-time Monday to Friday, a permanent position with flexible hours may also be considered for the right person who possesses excellent people skills as well as presentation.

Key responsibilities

- Managing disclosure, preparing emails and letters, collating and drafting briefs, filing documents in court, assisting with managing the Principal Solicitors files

- Greeting and welcoming clients in a friendly and professional manner

- Managing telephone enquiries and making appointments

- Handling incoming and outgoing mail deliveries

- Attending to banking and mail at post office

- Maintaining confidentiality of client information and records

- Provide general support to the legal team as required

About you

- Previous experience working as a paralegal/legal assistant

- Friendly personality with solid communication skills and the ability to interact with clients in a warm professional manner

- Excellent organisation skills with an ability to multitask and attention to detail





- Proficient in use with standard office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) as well as legal software

- An ability to work with accuracy and also under pressure when required

- A minimum of 5 years previous experience is desirable; however all candidates will be considered
