We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our clients' finance operations on a 7-month fixed-term contract.

This is a key people leadership role responsible for ensuring productive, accurate and compliant finance operations, while supporting continuous improvement and strong stakeholder relationships across the organisation.

About the Role

You will:
Lead, coach and develop finance team members
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Provide financial insights, including debtor reporting, and support complex reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with financial policies, processes and internal controls.
Build robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Identify and implement opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and service quality.
Provide expert advice and support across finance operations.

About You

You will bring:
Demonstrated experience across accounts payable and accounts receivable.




Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls and reporting.
Proven people leadership experience, including developing teams and providing constructive feedback.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, organisational and communication skills.
Experience with financial/enterprise systems and process improvement.
Solid stakeholder management skills.

Desirable:

Experience with NDIS funding, billing and revenue processes. Experience within disability, health, community services or not-for-profit sectors will be valued.

This role is offered on a 0.8FTE for an initial 7 Month contract. After training, there is the option to WFH 1 day per week.
