Little Wonders Early Educational Centre

We are seeking a reliable and organised Centre Cook to join our Team.

Within this role, you would be responsible for planning and preparing healthy, balanced meals in line with the NSW Governments' "Munch and Move" program. You would also be responsible for managing allergies and dietary requirements while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily meals and snacks for children
Catering for allergies, intolerances and cultural requirements
Maintain food safety records and temperature logs
Manage stock ordering and kitchen cleanliness
Ensure compliance with state and local food safety regulations and NSW Department of Education Food Safety regulations

Essential Requirements:
Valid Working With Children Check (WWCC)




Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Food Handling Certificate
Knowledge of allergy and anaphylaxis management
Robust understanding of food hygiene and secure storage practices
