We are seeking several experienced Process Workers and Factory Hands to join our busy food manufacturing clients located in Knoxfield. The roles will involve working as an integral part of a team on fast-paced production lines, performing a range of duties including blending/mixing, packing, labelling, quality checking, and general cleaning work.

These roles suit applicants with a strong work ethic who enjoy hands-on duties and can perform in quick-paced production environments. There are multiple positions available across Day and Afternoon shifts.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate production machinery and equipment safely
Perform assembly, packing, sorting, blending/mixing and general labouring tasks
Follow workplace procedures, safety guidelines and instructions
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Assist with manual handling and general factory duties as required

What We're Looking For:
Previous factory, labouring or process work experience,



preferably within food, pharmaceutical or therapeutic goods manufacturing
Must be able to lift up to 20kg consistently
Full working rights in Australia
Own reliable transport, as well as a valid Driver's license
Own PPE gear (safety boots, hi-vis, etc.)
